Party includes explicit tie dye instruction given by both owners of Ruli N Rylan, tablecloths, dye surface, presoaked garments in soda ash dye fixer, professional quality tie dye in an array of custom colors, rubber bands, rubber gloves, special soap, and rinsing instructions. Further customize your party package by selecting a color scheme from our theme menu. Options include but not limited to rainbow, mermaid, pastels, jewel tones, or make your own palette.
